I didn't really do anything but homework today, and class. I went to the restaurant a little early, had some espresso, and sat down for 'global operations'. After class I shadowed Chef Polegri for a bit, and talked to him for a while as part of my internship hours.
We ate some food the students made, nothing spectacular but hey, free. I'm attempting to plan some side trips, but I think I will enlist chef's help to get the best possible deal.
Tomorrow I am going to one of the farms the Zeppelin's produce is sourced from, which should provide ample opportunity for pictures.
Now... I'm going to work on some more homework, to get ahead.
